Riviera Point Invest & Develop acquired 1 acre of land next to Miami International Airport (MIA) in, Palmer Lake, an area that is gradually transforming from a semi-industrial sector to a hotel center due to the growing demand from travelers that increases every year. According to local authorities, 46 million travelers circulated through Miami airport in 2019. In addition, the land is just a few blocks away from the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC), which is a hub for rapid transit, commuter rail, local bus, and intercity transportation hub. The City of Miami’s master plan also envisions improvements to the areas adjacent to the Miami River, so that, in general, this sector will be revalued in the next 5 years.
