USCIS’s website issued a new Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation, on May 13, 2022.

Registrants must pay a one-time fee of $17,795 in order to apply for regional center designation.

The USCIS requires the recertification of the Regional Center to receive the EB—5 Visa applications (Form I-526). For more information visit: www.uscis.gov/i-956
