Carlos obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree in Venezuela. He holds 38 years of professional experience, which has allowed him to grow in the commercial real estate market, specializing in permitting, selling, and financing at least 1.5 million square feet of construction. He has participated actively in more than 500 real estate transactions, including procurement, purchasing, sales, leasing, and property management worth $250 Million. Carlos leads our Investor Relations and Property Management department and is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and maximizing the value of our investors’ fixed assets.
